Felt good to be with my church fam after soooo long....way too long. Many times we take for granted the things we are able to do but when that possibility is taking away, we yearn for it. I'm blessed to be able to belong to a church who held me up when I was down. If you are looking for a church fam in Atlanta, come check us out. You will not regret it.

Ne haïssez pas sur Haïti .!! Haiti for life. ..,
Anne Jean shared Fannie Rosario's post.
I find #PRIDE in sharing my country's history. The media is always portraying us like we're the lowest of the low, yet our ancestors have contributed their r...ebellious souls to many parts of the #WORLD's history....
Our country may be called the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, but our history is the #RICHEST IN THE WORLD!!!
So, DON'T HATE ON #HAITI, #CONGRATULATE us instead!
You probably didn't know these 25 facts about #Haiti:

3- Hispaniola (Haiti and Dominican Republic), along with Cuba, Jamaica and Puerto Rico, is a part of an island chain known as the Greater Antilles
4- Haiti was the first nation in Latin America to gain its sovereignty. Sovereignty means a state or a governing body has the full right and power to govern itself without any interference from outside sources or bodies.
5- Haiti is the only independent Francophone nation in Latin America. All the other French-speaking Latin American nations are overseas departments of France.
6- Haiti Exports are apparel, manufactures, oils, cocoa, mangoes and coffee

15- Eighty percent of schools in Haiti are private, and religious groups run many of them. The remaining 20% are state-run. Students learn their lessons in both French and Creole.
16- Haitian women were allowed to vote from 1950.
17- Tourism is one of the largest industries in Haiti, with nearly a million visitors arriving by cruise ship. Most cruisers call at Labadee, a private resort leased to Royal Caribbean International until 2050. Labadee, located on the northern coast of Haiti, is named after Marquis de La Badie, a Frenchman who first settled the area in the 17th century. The spelling was changed to “Labadee” to make it easier for English-speakers to pronounce.
18- Haiti has the second longest coastline in the Caribbean after Cuba; 1.100 miles. Over 70% of its beaches are still virgin.
